Gujarat Titans (GT) batter Sai Sudharsan has described his IPL franchise as more than just a team, calling it a "family" that has played a crucial role in his evolution as a cricketer. Speaking after GT's emphatic eight-wicket victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in IPL 2025, Sudharsan highlighted the supportive environment and exposure to quality fast bowling as key factors in his growth.

“It’s my fourth year with Gujarat Titans, and the experience has been invaluable. The team feels like family, and the support I’ve received here has helped me evolve as a T20 batter. Facing international-quality bowlers in the nets under challenging conditions has improved my game significantly,” Sudharsan said during the post-match press conference.

The Tamil Nadu southpaw has been in stellar form this season, amassing 186 runs in three matches at an impressive average. Although he fell short of scoring his third consecutive half-century against RCB, his 49-run knock was instrumental in GT’s successful chase.

Sudharsan also praised teammate Sai Kishore for his brilliant spell that turned the match in GT’s favor. With such camaraderie and strong performances, Gujarat Titans continue to embody a close-knit unit striving for excellence in IPL 2025.
